Maria Caruso’s motto, “To be a catalyst for positive change to the people and community I serve,” is a true reflection of her character. Her passion for helping others and making a difference in society has been ingrained in her from an early age. Maria firmly believes in lifelong learning and recognizes that constant growth and evolution are essential, especially in the ever-changing process service industry. As laws, codes, and procedures continuously evolve, Maria remains dedicated to staying updated, adapting, and providing ongoing training. With a wealth of experience, Maria possesses a comprehensive and unique understanding of both civil and criminal process. She has spent over 20 years as a licensed private investigator with the State of Utah, starting her career with a respected Constable in Salt Lake County in 2005. During this time, Maria handled various types of civil process, including Restitutions and Executions. Her work brought her into contact with collection attorneys, family law attorneys, individuals, and state agencies. Additionally, she managed the service of criminal warrants for the justice courts. Driven by a desire for personal growth and diversification, Maria expanded her expertise by venturing into investigation cases such as insurance fraud and surveillance. She further honed her skills by working as a licensed bail enforcement bounty hunter over 12 years now. In this role, Maria collaborated with bail bondsmen to locate and apprehend fugitives who had skipped out on their bonds or court orders. Additionally, she has over 9 years of experience as a nationwide interventionist, specializing in intervening and transporting both youth and adults. Her work has taken her across the country, contributing to her vast experience and perspective. Furthermore, Maria has served as a liaison between attorneys and process servers in a large collection law firm. This role allowed her to enhance her understanding of the legal process and further contribute to efficient collaboration within the industry. In 2019, Maria was approached to return to the process service field and assumed the position of office manager at Bringhurst Process Service. Leveraging her extensive background, Maria continues to make use of her wealth of experience and actively shares her knowledge with others. Her exceptional managerial skills and commitment to dynamic diversity have been instrumental in the success of our company. Overall, Maria Caruso’s dedication, expertise, and passion make her an invaluable asset in the process service industry, driving positive change and inspiring those around her.
